Margaret Chow is an experienced Interactive Project Manager with over six years of success in effectively communicating and leading a cross-functional team on website development and maintenance, launching third-party microsites and software implementation.
As an Operations/Program Manager, Margaret manages all design and development for website projects from start to finish. Works with the client to help design the layout and functionality of their website, document their scope, create flow charts, sitemap, content architecture, QA and some website maintenance coding. Insures all projects are utilizing Project Management best practices, while managing all project budgets & resources.
Margaret received her B.S. in MIS & Marketing from Florida State University and obtained her MBA from Nova Southeastern University. She is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) South Florida Chapter and is also an active member of South Florida Interactive Marketing Association (SFIMA).
